Discover the magic of the Basque Country's star snack: pintxos!

What will you learn?

In this summer workshop dedicated to Pintxos you will learn the importance of this snack in the Basque culture, preparing yourself the most typical and traditional pintxos of the Basque Country, such as the famous Gilda and the sweet Goxua, as well as pintxos made with local products such as Txangurro or Txistorra.

Where is it?

In this workshop you will not only have the opportunity to cook in professional classrooms, but you will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the facilities of the Basque Culinary Center, a unique ecosystem where learning, innovation, research and entrepreneurship coexist with the aim of developing and promoting gastronomy at all levels.
