SUMMER WORKSHOP: PINTXOS (ENGLISH)

Pintxos are authentic gems of gastronomy: small bites that combine creativity, technique and flavor in every detail. In this course you will discover how to elaborate them step by step, exploring different varieties and learning to combine ingredients and techniques to create surprising proposals full of personality.

Where is it?

In this summer course you will not only have the opportunity to cook in professional classrooms, but you will also take a guided tour of the facilities of GOe Gastronomy Open Ecosystem, a unique ecosystem where training, innovation, research and entrepreneurship coexist with the objective of developing and promoting gastronomy at all levels.
