In this workshop you will learn to differentiate an authentic paella, mastering the essential bases and discovering the most representative varieties: Valencian paella and seafood. Immerse yourself in the secrets of a perfect paella and take home a piece of Spanish culinary tradition.

In this summer course, you will not only have the opportunity to cook in professional classrooms, but you will also take a guided tour of the facilities of the Basque Culinary Center. It is a unique ecosystem that combines training, innovation, research and entrepreneurship with the aim of developing and promoting gastronomy at all levels.
